These Terms and Conditions outline the eligibility requirements and limitations of the Archer’s Lens guarantee provided by Robin Hood Real Estate.

2. Eligibility Requirements

This offer is only available to Australian residents aged 18+ who have completed the initial consultation and meet the investment criteria.

3. Guarantee Conditions

Must use our chosen property management provider for at least 12 months.

Must complete all agreed steps in the buying process.

Must not withdraw from the process or change criteria mid-way.

Must follow the investment strategy as recommended.

4. Exclusions / Disqualifiers

If the client provides false or incomplete information.

If they fail to respond to calls/emails or miss appointments.

If they engage third-party providers outside your network.

If unforeseen circumstances (market shifts, lender issues, etc.) impact results beyond your control. If they act in contradiction to the investment strategy that was agreed.

5. Guarantee Fulfilment Process
If after completing all required steps you haven’t secured a tenant for your investment property within 14 days of settlement, at the rental rate recommended by  the preferred Property Management provider,  Robin Hood Real Estate will pay the recommended weekly rent amount until a tenant is secured. The guarantee claim must be submitted in writing within 14 days of program completion.

6. Disclaimer / Limitations of Liability

Results are not guaranteed unless all eligibility requirements are met. Market conditions, lender policies, or external economic factors may affect outcomes. Robin Hood Real Estate accepts no responsibility for losses arising from factors beyond our control.

7. Privacy Statement

All information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Modification Clause

Robin Hood Real Estate reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on this page.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
